Just Eat are an international brand, operating globally as market-leaders within their sector. However, they came to us for help with a geo-specific content marketing campaign in the UK focusing on:
- Increasing awareness of their ‘Lunch Legends’ campaign
- Increasing the level and improving the quality of engagement with the brand
- Increasing traffic to their ‘Lunch Legends’ campaign landing pages
Improving rankings for campaign-related phrases including “Just Eat free lunch” and “Lunch Legend”
We made use of our long-held relationships with bloggers in the UK and with contacts at national newspapers and magazines to publish campaign-relevant material online, aiming for as many page views as possible, as much promotion across social media as possible, and as much resulting click-through traffic as possible.
Within one week of the campaign going live, over 17,500 people had read the content published across blogs, newspapers, and magazines including UniLad, Cosmopolitan, and Hello! Magazine.
More impressively, almost 2.5 million people saw our content on social media.
By the end of a four-week period, the phrases “Just Eat free lunch” and “Lunch Legend” were both ranking in first position on Google.co.uk and Just Eat had started briefing us on another order for their summer promotions.
