We’re Growing Rapidly – and There’s No Sign of Slowing Down

Spring has truly sprung already, and we’re having the best time. We started the year by welcoming four incredible new starters to the ICS-digital team, who have all settled in amazingly well (their taste in office snacks did not disappoint!). Not only have our new team members helped us continue to provide the same calibre of work to our clients, but this has also paved the way for some new project wins and some fantastic new campaigns since the turn of the new year.

My favourite campaign of the year so far has to be Tiger Sheds’ collaboration with the Northern Monk Brewery and the world’s first brewery shed. (I mean, who doesn’t like the idea of a pub in their garden?!) After an amazing four-month campaign, which included getting mentioned in LADbible and even making waves across the pond in Food & Wine and Beer Today, the project has now come to an end. One lucky individual will soon be getting their own brewery shed dropped off in their garden ready in time for summer.

With the World Cup soon approaching, we’re currently working on several projects for our clients leading up to the tournament touching down in Russia in just a few months’ time. Can you remember any of these marketing screamers from tournaments in years past?

We have no plans of slowing down anytime soon, as we’ve recently brought in another four fantastic new starters to support the team with our ongoing projects and new client wins. The new additions to our UK team will be on hand to help us continue to expand our publishing network, as well as project work for our ever-growing client list.

In the past 12 months, we have increased our employee count by a huge 41% – and when we look at the past two years, the ICS-digital team has grown by a massive 106%! We have not only been able to expand the work we do for clients, but also expand our team and find talented people with our shared goals and ambitions. It’s not just our UK team that keeps growing, either: we are currently on the look-out for international speakers to join the team – head to the careers page to find out more.
