New Client Wins.
One of our most recent client wins came in the form of international food delivery and munchie-providers, Deliveroo. We’re covering everything from on-site editorial to content marketing across 12 territories. We’re thrilled to have received strong feedback from their in-house teams already.
We also started working with the recently relaunched SportingLife.com, beating fierce competition to provide them with horse-by-horse comments and data for their racing pages. We produce comments for all of their UK and Irish race meetings, 362 days of the year!
All of this sounds great, but what about the numbers?
Well, we increased our total revenue by 55% last year. We also took on 15 new members of staff, increasing full-time headcount in our Leeds office by 70%. One thing we are exceptionally proud of is our incredibly high staff retention rate. People just seem to genuinely love it here…maybe it’s the free fruit?
Our Spanish office over in sunny Madrid (can we swap please?!) has also seen remarkable growth, with the addition of new full-time members of staff. This expansion, along with enhanced training processes, enabled the Spanish office to continue to provide exceptional work for our clients.
Same Skills, New Markets.
Aside from Deliveroo, 2017’s new client wins included big brands such as Vision Direct and Badoo. These wins are notable not just for their reputation, but because they represent a diversification in terms of our client-base. At one point, iGaming clients generated 90% of our revenue, a figure that has reduced to 50% as we start 2018. It has been very fulfilling to use our expertise and insights gathered across iGaming before applying them to other industries.
