Editorial Manager

In this role, you'll be leading on editorial best practices, working to empower our team of Editors to deliver top-notch copy. You'll be hands-on when it comes to leading and supporting the editorial workflow.

The role:

  • Salary: £27k to £32k depending on experience
  • Permanent, full-time position with hybrid working
  • Taking responsibility for the success of the team from a content quality perspective and regularly liaising with the Senior Team Manager and Head of Creative on training needs and strategy
  • Able to step in on client calls and represent the Editorial team when required
  • Support the Senior Editorial Manager with content audits to drive exceptional content standards
  • Ensuring the team resolves and actions client feedback in a timely manner and draw key learnings
  • Sending out daily editing priorities to the team and overseeing the editing workflow


  • Impeccable editorial skills across a range of niches and content types
  • Natural ability to drive and motivate teams to reach and exceed targets
  • Able to convey constructive feedback to internal and freelance team members
  • Able to represent the Editorial team in external calls
  • Results-orientated
  • Strong awareness of SEO skills and people-management are desirable!
