The campaign that has stuck in everyone’s minds this week is the Project Everyone #WhatIReallyReallyWant campaign.
You may be wondering where the time has gone, but this year marks the 20th anniversary of the Spice Girls’ hit single ‘Wannabe’ and Project Everyone decided to use it to their advantage, turning it into a Women’s Rights anthem.
The Spice Girls spoof ‘Wannabe’ video promotes the need for equal rights, equal pay and better education opportunities for females, as well as the fight to stop child marriage.
The initiative encourages females around the work to speak up for what they really, really want to obtain in order to improve their lives. In September 2016, these thoughts will be collated and presented to UN Leaders.
