Recruitment Round-Up: Choosing a Career with ICS-digital

As we near the end of the year, now is a good time to reflect on recruitment and team changes, and to start looking ahead to what’s in the pipeline for next year.

So, how did it go?

Over the last twelve months, ICS-digital has been in the fortunate position to continue growing and taking on new starters across all of our teams. 

In particular, we have been focusing on growing our Digital PR service further, which resulted in several brand-new opportunities from Digital PR Executives to managerial roles.

Moreover, the content team has also expanded, with the addition of two new Junior Content Editors as well as a Creative Designer.

We’ve always prided ourselves on creating native content for our international campaigns and as such, we are now able to offer content services in more than 70 languages. This year, we were also excited to gain a number of international Project Executives, including a UK/Japanese Project Executive to advance us further in the Japanese market. 

It’s an exciting time to be joining ICS-digital and as we develop existing services and launch new ones, our roles are becoming more diverse. We’ve taken on 15 new starters over the last ten months and right now, we’re looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our Performance team before the end of the year. 

This is also a new role and one that comes with the opportunity to liaise with different teams, analysing data sets to support client pitches, internal reporting and creative content.

All in all, it has been a successful year for us regarding recruitment and really, this has been a team effort in terms of everyone getting to grips with remote training and going that extra mile to welcome new colleagues.

What’s on offer?

We’re always looking for new ways to incentivise and build morale, so we usually have a few team challenges on the go.

These challenges aren’t always work-related either; for example, we’re currently in the middle of a fitness incentive, where the person who has racked up the most amount of steps by the end of the month will be crowned the winner and sent some goodies!

We’re a friendly bunch and a very social team, and from cheese-tasting afternoons, to team nights out, to video quizzes and drinks, there’s something to suit everyone.

We’ve found that coming together is particularly important under the current circumstances and nurturing our team spirit continues to be a top priority for us.

What’s next?

As ICS-digital continues to build its offering in the coming months, we’ll be on the lookout for more talent and whether you’re a recent graduate or you’ve already got years of experience under your belt, we can offer individuals the chance to really develop their career in the digital marketing industry.

With new opportunities cropping up all the time, the range of prospects at ICS-digital is widening to cover even more fields.

Moreover, we’re always looking to expand our freelance writing and translation teams, across all of our core languages and niches. This year, we have started working with 170 new translators and 70 new writers, bringing our linguist pool to well over 650 collaborators.
