Research and Data Manager
Joining our growing Performance team, you will be analysing data you’ve gathered for the Digital PR team to help bring their concepts to life, as well as supporting with internal data reporting across services.
The role:
- Salary: £29-34k p/a
- Developing methods to generate original data sources, through Freedom of Information requests or web scraping and locating key sources of data that are useful to journalists
- Visualising complex information in an easy-to-understand manner that tells a great story
- Communicating key data insights to the digital PR team, highlighting any additional findings that could support with digital PR concept success
- Analysing data captured across services to produce insights that aid key decisions
- Looking for client revenue patterns and interpret the data to help towards internal end of month reporting
Requirements:
- Creative, strategic problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to develop data driven solutions across a range of services
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent working knowledge of spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) with experience of making use of their wider functionality, e.g. formulae, interrogation tools
- Understanding of statistical modelling and techniques including Python (nice to have)
